My radio-controlled watch/clock has suddenly stopped receiving radio waves. Why?

This can be due to the following cases:

  1. Radio wave transmission is temporarily suspended.
  2. You are outside the coverage area or in a place where radio waves cannot be received. (For more information, please click here.)
  3. The battery may be insufficiently charged (for products that use solar panels)

In any case other than the above, check the instruction manual that came with your radio-controlled watch/clock.
